Garant-Invest Real Estate is a commercial real estate developer operating in Russian Federation. The Company was established in 2000 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Garant-Invest Bank with the purpose to implement commercial real estate projects and manage shopping and office properties.
The Company has developed an experienced and highly-professional team that able to undertake the projects of any level and at any stage of development - from acquisition of land plot to property’s management.
Garant-Invest Real Estate is one of the few Russian real estate development companies, capable of working on all project phases using only its own structure and employees.
